Fruits provide essential vitamins and carbohydrates for our bodies and add variety to our diets. They are important for our overall nourishment. Apples are a great source of vitamin C. They can prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and help fight against cancer.
Bananas are convenient for addressing problems like constipation and diarrhea. Blueberries offer several health benefits. They have anti-cancer, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties.
