British seamstress Claire Moynihan lives in the countryside of Hertfordshire, in England. By using her hands, she creates original and highly unusual sculptures of insects and snails from felt. Besides the basics of felt, Claire Moynihan uses a three-dimensional embroidery technique inspired by stumpwork embroidery. Claire Moynihan received an English education from the Academy of Arts. Five years ago, she became the owner of the diploma Bachelor of Applied Arts. If we look at these felt insects, they are incredibly similar to the real insects. Take a look and be happy 🙂

  1. I seldom leave comments, but i did a few searching and wound up here Splendid 3D Embroidery Art
of Insects by Claire Moynihan | The Wondrous Design Magazine.
And I do have a couple of questions for you if you tend
not to mind. Is it just me or does it seem like some of the remarks come across like they are written by
brain dead visitors? 😛 And, if you are posting at other places, I’d like to follow anything fresh you have to post. Could you list of all of your communal sites like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

  2. I’m curious to find out what blog platform you’re utilizing?
I’m experiencing some minor security problems with my latest website and I’d like to find something more safe.
    Do you have any solutions?
