Brad Spencer is included in one of the very few artist in the world who creates stunning sculptures from bricks. After receiving a degree in BFA in Painting and Drawing from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture, Brad has been a working sculptor since 1984. During his undergraduate work in painting, he opted sculpture as an elective course, through which he discovered his actual strength. Spencer’s mediums include plaster, clay, bronze and cement. Currently he is living and working in Reidsville, North Carolina.

Spencer says of his material of choice: “Brick sculpture can be dated back to ancient Babylon but remains a fresh and interesting enhancement to any building, wall or environment.
