In hyper-realistic artwork, it can hardly be distinguished between real photo and painting. Ivan Hoo is a very talented artist who specializes in creating anamorphic pieces, which trick the senses. The artist chose wood as a canvas because of its texture and how it held colour.
To create his realistic paintings, he cleverly uses pastels and wood boards. These awesome paintings are virtually indistinguishable from the real items. Ivan had always looked up to realist artists like Roberto Bernadi, Audrey Flack and Julian Beever… and now he is wonderfully making his own mark. Currently he is working as art instructor at Art Speaks Studio Singapore.
That’s a moblrdreake-. Great thinking!
