Walking and writing text at the same time is something many people do on their smartphones every day, for better or for worse, and it’s not going to stop any time soon. Transparent Screen can help you out by showing you what’s right in front of you while you use your phone as usual. This app’s approach, however, is to make your entire Android experience translucent.
As you can see in the screenshots above, no matter where you are in the OS, you’ll be able to see through your rear-facing camera. To use the app, simply hit the button to start it and make your screen transparent. You can customise the transparency level and adjust the resolution, as well as rotate the camera image. The app is available in the Android Market for devices running Android 2.2 or higher.
