Three Launches Budget MiFi Solution

Three, have launched their low-cost value MiFi solution the Huawei E5331, which uses the same high speed network but at a lower cost. The E5331 is available for a £29 upfront cost and can provide Wi-Fi for up to five devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets and handheld gaming consoles simultaneously.
Slim and simple in form, the wireless router has just one button and an LED screen displaying key information such as battery life, which clocks in at 4.5 hours. As well as the £29 upfront cost, the MiFi has a one-month rolling contract at £15.99 per month for 5GB of data, or from £49.99 on prepay with 1GB of data.

Mark Mitchinson, executive vice president at Huawei said: “As the market leader in mobile broadband it’s great to be able to bolster our range with yet another high-speed mobile Wi-Fi device. The Value MiFi offers fast browsing and a seamless streaming experience.”

The Huawei E533 has the same functionality as the award-winning Huawei E586 and key features include:
- Up to 21.1 Mbps technical standard Download (HSPA+)
- Up to 5.76 Mbps technical standard Uplink (HSUPA)
- 4.5 hours battery life
