SlyCam: Quickly and Discretely Capture Photos From Within iOS Notification Center


Take photos from your Notification Center

If you’ve ever wanted to secretly take a picture of something with your iPhone without anybody knowing, the default camera app is not the way to do it. But if you’ve jailbroken your phone, you can install SlyCam, from Cydia, to take photos from your Notification enter. SlyCam is the latest addition to the collection of tweaks available for jailbroken iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices running iOS 5. The tweak allows you to quickly and discretely capture photos right from within the Notification Center. You can download it freely, once it is installed, you will have to enable it from within Settings > Notification Center.

Step 1: Download and install SlyCam from Cydia

Step 2: Got to Setings.app and tap Notifications

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom and look for SlyCam in “Not In Notification Center” list

Step 4: Enable SlyCam

Step 5: You can adjust the location of SlyCam in in Notification Center by tapping the Edit button on top right corner
