Tiny Mechanical Insects

Justin Gershenson-Gates is a popular and very creative artist who has always been surrounded by all things mechanical. He collects old watch parts and bulbs and turns them into new tiny mechanical sculptures and jewelry. As he says on his profile: “My goal is to show the beauty of the mechanical world, a place that is hidden from the public for the metal and glass. My products show a more subtle and ephemeral their part, but not cold, hard factory production, which they usually display.”

On the web Justin is better known as A Mechanical Mind on DeviantArt and Facebook.
