Deep Fried Scorpians
This delicious meal can be considered as everyday food of some Asian and African countries. OMG… That people are really brave, who are eating such kind of meals. Off course I am not as brave as those people who eat this unusual meal daily but I wish, I had at least one or two dishes from following thirteen.

they look disgusting but they taste good. I eat Balut and it taste good, the the deep fried cricket also yummy, a good source of protein. I think you can’t blame those people eating those kind of foods specially if those foods are part of the culture.
I also tried the Ox penis they made it into soup or the so called “Soup #5″.
stranger meals
You missed out the Portuguese delicacy of whole ‘Sparrow Stew’.
1. spread breadcrumbs onto a net and wait for sparrows to come to eat
2. boil big pot of water nearby so you can throw sparrows in easily
3. when net is full, spring it and catch sparrows (or other small birds)
4. Drag live sparrows out of the net and throw straight into boiling water (around 20 per person)
5. put lid on pot and wait for noise to die down plus 20 minutes, while adding wood to fire under pot
6. Eat whole with stew and veg (apparently the brain is the best part, crack the skull like a boiled eggshell with the teeth and suck out the brains). All the bird is eaten, including the bones!

i’ve eaten the cricket and it’s really delicious. as for the balut, it’s a filipino delicacy (im a filipino). it’s very yummy especially the broth.
